How will my order by shipped?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary shipper. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses (see below for PO Boxes and APO/FPO). Most orders are shipped from our Florida Distribution Center within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of your order. Examples of UPS Ground Shipping Times - Florida: 1 Day, Virginia: 2 days, New York and Ohio: 3 Days, Texas: 4 days, California: 5 days. Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Select shipping are usually shipped same or next business day.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping is based on weight and destination.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will get a tracking number by email on the evening that your order has shipped except for a few manufacturer direct ship items. Your package can be tracked at www.ups.com.

When will my order ship?
Heat Relief Depot stocks most of the products we sell in our Port Saint Lucie, Florida Distribution Center. Most orders ship the same or next business day. Some manufacturer ship items may take an additional 2 business days. If you need an item by a certain date, please call us or use the comment section to let us know the date needed when checking out.

What happens if UPS returns to sender due to an incorrect address?
If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, missing apartment, suite or room number, we will contact you. We can ship the package again and charge your credit card for the additional shipping or you may elect to get a credit back to your card less shipping. Please understand that this is to help keep costs down for everyone. UPS does charge us for shipping even it gets returned to us. Please be sure to double check your shipping address.

Alaska & Hawaii
UPS shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii can be quite high. We will make an exception and ship your order by U.S. Mail Priority to these locations if you prefer. You can place your order by phone or you can place your order online and in the comment section when checking out specify that you want to change the shipping to U.S. Mail Priority. We will email you the cost of the shipping for your approval prior to processing your order.

PO Boxes
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you need your order shipped to a PO Box, please call us to place your by phone at 877-879-1450. We will ship your order by U.S. Mail Priority.

APO/FPO
Our policy is not to ship to APO addresses as we cannot guarantee that your order will reach its final destination. Exceptions to this policy can be made. Call us toll free at 877-879-1450 to place your order.

International Shipments:
International shipments are shipped by UPS. All fees for customs, taxes, brokerage fees etc. are paid separately by the customer upon receipt. We will not accept returns for international shipments. If you prefer U.S. Mail, you can email us and request a price for shipping.
